Which would be better for me, the old account or the new account?

I opened a Fiverr account in early 2020. But I didn’t release any gigs. About a year and a half later, now if I publish the gig, will I be able to get work and rank my gig form this account?

Please, best suggestion me.

It all depends on your quality of service and ability to market yourself, not age. Try it with the account you currently have, first.
