Question
writingsnow
Buyer has placed an order with agreed work specifications and timeline. They contact me 5 days ago with 29 days remaining for delivery to ask if I will need to use all the time before I deliver the order. I confirm and they say that it is not a problem.
Then 2 days later they dispute the order claiming the delivery time does not suit them anymore and that other sellers have delivered in less time.
My work is not related to other people's work. I was working under a mutually agreed timeframe and I did not delay a delivery, but I have still some days to do so.
Now the buyer does not want it anymore, and I am fine with them cancelling but this doesn't really seem the best way to go about it.
Any thoughts/tips how to proceed?
