How do you get your gigs sell

I can't figure it out. I just wanted to give Fiverr another try in 2021 and offer my services like -70% cheaper than usual just to get to Level 1 Seller. Is there a way new sellers score? There's like a few buyer requests a day and they have like 50 offers in 5 minutes. That's crazy. How do I find my first client on this site, do I pay him? Feels like I forgot something important here....

You have to offer something better than the competition. Just going at it by price there's no chance, way too many people selling at $5 already.
