Do you check your ip address? Did you activate the VPN and forget to off it? pls check. Otherwise you can do the following things to solve this issue:

1. Log out from Fiverr account
2. Disconnect the internet connection
3. Restart the PC
4. Then reconnect the internet connection
5. Now log in Fiverr account

I hope it will solve your problem. If not then check it with mobile connection.
