How long does account restriction/review usually take place?



Hello, my account has been under restriction for over a month now.
The reason being was Third Party TOS Violation which I believe was newly added/applied after months of running the same kind of service with other sellers.

Does it usually take this long? Should I just move on and leave Fiverr or try to contact them?
