Hi, I am HD,

I often find myself in troubles in order pages. When the buyer sends a message, I get a quick floating message. Now that is cool, I agree. However, the tab I am in does not update the latest message(s) I received. I have to waste time and effort of manually refreshing the order page, JUST TO SEE THE MESSAGE I GOT!

Now how would say that's a convenient way? I do not know much about security of website designing work and complexity. But, is that a hard thing to implement? Why only the inbox chat is REAL TIME? 

I am concerned of this due to a few reasons:

  • I regularly communicate
  • I regularly update
  • I regularly use order page

This is why I ran into accidents too, buyer have sent me the details. On the other side, it's me who is waiting dizzy on 2 in the morning!!! 🤣🤣

And since I am working on dozens of orders and I have to message 5 customers at a time simultaneously, I got 1-hour blocked off the site because Fiverr thought I was refreshing pages too fast.

As a buyer, this is terrible for me too!

I am receiving Text Chat with my Fiverr seller on my phone.
In the web page, we're talking around each other because as I'm responding in multiple segments, he's typing more.  To see what he types I need to refresh, loosing my existing text.

Very inefficient and causing a lot of confusion.

Yeah, EXACTLY! I came back to state some positives about this case. Since the new update came on the order page, I think I feel good. No weird bugs yet, at least for me.

Indeed my friend, after the order page update, things are little bit well. This is good for busy people like us, now we get to message in real-time 🙂
