raihan_46 Posted September 26, 2021 Posted September 26, 2021 My gig was on the first page. But I lost my gig position 6 months ago. Now it has come to the first page again. But still I can't get any orders. I am level two seller. I use the promoted gig option but it still doesn't work and I can't get any orders. I don't know what to do. How can I get orders?? Can you please give me some effective suggestions? Here is my gig link: https://www.fiverr.com/raihan_46/design-timeless-creative-business-logo-and-social-media-kit-489e

harithdeshan Posted September 26, 2021 Posted September 26, 2021 Hi, A similar thing also happened to me and my brother. But in that case, there was a TOS violation as well. However, my best guess is to revamp the gig a bit. This might be tricky, but if you are on the 1st page of your target keyword, then yea, you should change stuff like pictures/videos/pdfs etc...

Apparently, Fiverr is focusing completely on people paying for Promoted Gigs and, of course, Fiverr Pro users. Is your gig currently promoting? Or the platform doesn't allow you to promote your gig?
graphischoolon Posted September 27, 2021 Posted September 27, 2021 Same problem face to many people! I haven’t order last month😪

Yes, my gig is currently promoting but no orders are coming 😞
anisocialmarket Posted September 28, 2021 Posted September 28, 2021 Im sorry to hear that, same has happened with me for the last three months. What I would suggest you is to contact your old buyers to get some leverage on repeated orders. Good luck

And, OP isn't a new user by the way, is a Level 2 Seller with over 100 5-stars reviews, that suddenly stop receiving orders. Like, there's something weird happening with Fiverr. It's clear that his profile was working perfectly. Good profile, good gigs, good descriptions. That's why we are seeing more and more threads about "not getting orders", because successful sellers suddenly stop receiving orders.

NO! This is the second time today I am seeing this BAD advice that could get someone's account restricted, banned or an account warning. DO NOT reach out to old buyers to ask them to order something or if they need anything. This can blow up in your face and be reported as spam by the buyer. Please do not give this type of advice, and I hope YOU are not doing this. If you are, it is only a matter of time before someone gets annoyed with the spam and reports your account. GG
timothykoen Posted September 30, 2021 Posted September 30, 2021 "Are you looking for a logo specialist?" That would be my first sentence. Took a look at your gig and noticed 2 mistakes immediately. First your gig doesn't seem to solve my problem. Second, your gig starts with the words "Here I." My first thought is I am not here to solve your problems, I am here to solve mine. Then I looked at how much you charge compared to other page 1 gig offers. You maybe charging too much. I felt like I was not going to shop here and am forcing myself to read further. My suggestion is to rewrite your opening paragraph and make it about how you can solve the customer's problem, not about yourself. Hope this helps Tim

Hope this helps Tim About prices, there will always be a person selling the same product for cheaper. Everywhere, in any industry. That definitely doesn't justify reducing your prices. He was clearly selling very well at those prices. What he should try is to change platform. Fiverr is clearly not working any longer for a lot of freelancers. Maybe Fiverr wants to continue being known as the "cheap platform with cheap freelancers" that they are known nowadays. They were trying to fly away from that idea, but they are not giving enough support to freelancers that were already making money.
