"File Upload Error, Pls Re-Upload" HELP!

Hi Fiverr Community,

I am new on fiverr platform, and I am having trouble uploading images for my gig. Just to give you an overview. I  am following all the guidelines provided by fiverr to upload images(check attachement).
- I amusing PNG format (also tried uploading JPEG format too)
- Aspect ratio of the images I am trying to upload is 55:37. (tried other aspect ratio too)
