Why is fiverr Offering $5.00 and never delivers

Okay We spend a lot of money on Fiverr and the People we buy from have been Great



but every so often Fiverr say Oh spend this and get $5.00 Share this and get $5.00 so on and so on



Well we should have gotten at least $15.00 by now so where is it Fiverr? Not that its a big deal - But stop bothering us with this if your not going to pay.



And where the Heck is your email at - You telling me I cant email you? and if you do have an email why is it not Upfront and clear to see?



Anyways feel free to add the $15.00 - and if not then stop offering it
