Fisrt sale + video screenshoot

Hi everyone. 

I am a new seller and I find it hard to make the first sale, I have been 12 days, I have a completed gig, I think I have all the details necessary ans good pictures and examples but stil I didn't get any message nor order. 

I have realised that the first screen that you see from my gig is the video, but its not the video first page, its the second. Do you know how to make a picture appear first? I have another question, do you guys know if there is a way of making custom offers if I don't have any message? I would like to be more proactive
