Hello everyone.

9 months ago i made an order to file for my nonprofit. But I was going through divorce and didn't want to start my company in that situation. the Seller did paperwork but not the whole application. I kind of stock in the middle of the process. Now my divorce is finalize, but seller  is not answering to me. I see the seller is online and everything, but she does not answer to me. What do I do?

Is your order completed already?
If not then you can give him a final notice to response. You can dispute/request a cancellation from order resolution center.
Also you can reach customer support for a solution from https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new

If the order already completed then you can still reach support if they can help you.
