A good way to get your gigs noticed through Twitter is by using the Twitter search engine. Enter hashtags and keywords that are relevant to the service that you offer and looks at the results of the search. If you see a tweet from someone who could be interested in your service, then you can contact this person by replying to his/her own tweet and let them know about the service you offer.



Example: If you are a book cover designer, you can enter phrases such as “looking for a book cover design”, “looking for a book cover designer”, etc… into the Twitter search engine and you’ll be presented with a series of tweets that are relevant to this search. Then you only need to read them and reply to the people that are requiring this service.
