facing problm in uploading audio sample in voice over gig

hi.i need help em making my voice over gig on fiver bt whenever i am uploading my audio sample,it shows error that file not supported even though my audio sample is not more than 3:30 min and its in mp3 format bt there's always an error shows whenever em trying to upload my audio sample.plz someone guide me how to fix this solution
