Yeah, it says that the gig is no longer available. The gig could have been paused or the gig is stuck in the editing process.

You need to pass your English skill test then your gig will publish.

Looks like you failed your English test  and you have to wait for 90 days to take it again. May be you can create a new account and pass the test with 60% instead of waiting for 90 days. Good luck :)

There is a one-day waiting period between test retakes. You may only take a test twice within a three-month period.

need info about related topics. 

when I published my first  fiverr didn't ask me about test, then they freely published my gig and somedays later I took English test  manually it passed. but what the new update now this day, maybe fiverr don't allow any person who don't know  the basic English, I think fiverr at this time don't agree with a seller who don't know the basic English. not sure. 

need to know the perfect information.
