Why customer support didn't reply me?

No, The CS is not that great here, that's my personal experience, 2 days back I was talking to them and was giving a brief of the situation, and they were busy sending me nonsense links, forcing me to believe everything is okay, I explained everything again in detail then another guy agreed and understood that It's a system glitch, I thought my problem will be solved for sure, He never returned. 

Try again later, hopefully someone without template finds you.

That has never happened to me, CS always responds, it might time a day max but they always respond! Maybe you didn't put the right gig number or order or something! Contact them again, because I'm sure its just a technical thing! 

Also did you get a fiverr confirmation email right when you send them a message? That's how you know that it got sent already 🙂
