This is my 2nd time i am facing this probelm. I face this problem before. They solve my problem after 2 months. If i open a request in customer support is there any problem with my gig or profile? jhallawalla Posted September 22, 2021 Share Posted September 22, 2021 No, The CS is not that great here, that's my personal experience, 2 days back I was talking to them and was giving a brief of the situation, and they were busy sending me nonsense links, forcing me to believe everything is okay, I explained everything again in detail then another guy agreed and understood that It's a system glitch, I thought my problem will be solved for sure, He never returned. Maybe you didn't put the right gig number or order or something! Contact them again, because I'm sure its just a technical thing!
