Question about order cancellation AFTER delivery

After delivering a requested voice over, my client decided to cancel her order. I understand this can happen. But the buyer still walks away with my recording and I get a lower rating from Fiverr. It seems a little unfair to the seller. I've been with Fiverr since 2014 and completed nearly 500 orders. This is the first time a client has cancelled an order AFTER delivery.  Why is the seller penalized in this situation?

If you think that client is scamming you, then I suggest You can reach fiverr support and explain everything and may ask favor to cancel from their end and help you to avoid negative impression on your completion rate and metrics.

Also mention that you need at least this favor as you or fiverr can't stop buyers to using your work probably.

 

But if client canceling this order for valid reason then better to skip asking favor from support end.
