Keep improving English. Buyer gets the first impression from your language. Try to explain how you do the job and whole process of it. Explain why your work is better than the other sellers. Don't add unnecessary things , write to the point. Add your best portfolio link.

It may cause losing your level & ranking if you can't maintain 90% order completion rate. Try to take some order before 15th day of the following month. If you complete some order it will be retrieved.

Order Completion rate decrease when you fail to complete order or cancel order. Only you can view your order completion rate. To maintain your level, you need to have a completion rate of over 90%.
