Best of luck. Try to active 24 hrs on fiver cause if your gig made with proper seo friendly , fiver give you the chance( new seller)

Can we stop normalizing giving this terrible advice to new sellers that you must be active 24 hours a day on Fiverr. I don't know where this 'myth' has come from.
You need to sleep, you need a work/life balance, you don't need to be consistently logged in and using the platform.
But the most important part, is that this does not affect your Gig ranking in any way, shape, or form. The only difference this makes is if a potential buyer selects to toggle the option to only include online sellers, and 99% of them don't do this.

I have created my first fiverr gig and I am now waiting for orders😃. My gig provides movie poster and business card designs.

But, welcome to the platform althrax07!
Have a good look though the forum. There's loads of great advice from long term, experienced and successful sellers that you can take advantage of.

I wish you the best of luck.

Please stop spreading this nonsense.

Depending on how some people try to do this:

Every top rated seller here knows 24 hours a day online is not enough... You need to be online at LEAST 32 hours a day and 38 days a month.. any less = NO SALES..... If you fall asleep for even a minute during your first 3 months on fiverr they de rank you immediately...

It is also a requirement to spam the forum with useless rubbish at least 20 times a day or  - NO SALES

Also unless you have everyone on fiverr praying for you...... you guessed it - NO SALES

Precisely!

People who aren't qualified to be giving advice, shouldn't be giving it.
Aside from potentially receiving a warning for violating the ToS, it will simply make you miserable.
Who wants to be constantly looking at their phone or computer, not getting sleep, not doing things you enjoy, or spending time with your family. One of the biggest motivators for me as a freelancer is being able to work as much or as little as I want, and when I want.
You'll simply burn out, and when you do get orders your quality of work will suffer as you'll be exhausted.

The be online 24 hours a day thing really needs to stop.

Don't wait. Did you make your gig thumbnail attractive? And descriptions, price properly?
If it isn't, correct them properly. Send 10 buyer requests daily, and advertise your services through social medias, convert your clients to fiverr. Hope these will help to get potential clients.
