max_marauder Posted September 19, 2021 Share Posted September 19, 2021 Just had quite an awful experience with messages.After spending nearly an hour composing a feedback for a seller, I pressed Send, and it looked like my message has been sent. However some time later I have refreshed the browser page, to check if there's any response, and found that my message is missing! My guess is that I had some short internet outage at the moment of sending, and the page didn't reflect that. As a result I spent another half an hour recreating all my feedback once again. I've no idea how in 2021 a service of such level as Fiverr can allow such a poor user experience. I would expect at least some huge red banner signalizing that my message has failed to be sent, and at best - that it is also saved somewhere in cookies giving me a chance to retry later Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
