Buyer is not responding

Hello Fiverr community!

Any suggestion will be appreciated !

Two days ago i sent the buyer request, buyer accepted the request and placed the order.He sent me little details and go offline.Now i am trying to contact him to ask for  how to proceed now or for any changes in the design  but he is still offline.There is 3 hours left in the delivery but he is not replying.What should i do?

I assume you already have the output and you're just asking for their feedback?

You should deliver the project based on the instructions that were given, provided that was enough to make an output already.

No the details was not clear so i have to ask the buyer some crucial information regarding his order.

Oh I see, you should ask for an extension of the order. Make it long enough so that it won't be late once he accepts it.
