Today I reached an important goal: outperforming 80% of sellers in my subcategory for the conversion rate.

Well, not for all of my GIGs, but for my Best Selling one. Anyway, it's an important goal.

Don't underestimate these goals because:

- they keep you focused

- you have a specific target to reach every week or month

- they oblige you to improve week by week
