Please do let me know it is possible to ask a client for zoom meeting on messages? If want to discuss anything.

From the Fiverr Terms of Service:

Utilize the video call option, however its only available for certain buyers (VID buyers and Fiverr Business). If you see a video call icon when you're messaging with a buyer that means you will be able to do a video call with them.
