Paid for a gig but wasn't signed in at the time?

Hi all,



I thought I was signed in when I purchased a gig but I was not. It took me to paypal and I paid, and the transaction has gone through, however, when it redirected me back to fiverr, it said processing order for a minute or two, and then said it would give me an email when my account is ready to be activated. This made no sense as if I wasn’t logged in, it wouldn’t even have any of my details?



No histroy of the transaction here on my fiverr account, and is almost as if my transaction fell into a black hole.



Has this happened to anyone before/how can it be rectified? Contacted customer support but no reply as of yet.
