I am new to fiverr and I need to contact support. My video was approved and then denied.

So I created my gig and uploaded the video. it was approved the first time. I needed to make some edits to it. So I deleted the video and uploaded the edited version. This time it got denied. Why???? Is there a way I can support contact. Or do any of you experienced people have a solution to this?
