It's a badge you get on your gig if you deliver outstanding services and support to your buyers, meaning they leave very positive hidden feedback to Fiverr after their order. If you keep making your buyers happy, you might get it from time to time. If you get it and a buyer orders from your gig, you'll see a notice at the top of the order that its a Fiverrs choice order. If you keep delivering excellent services, you might get it multiple times. 

It's all about making your buyers happy.

"Fiverr Choice" and "Top rated seller" both are different.  For "Fiverr Choice" badge, keep delivering great work. Hope you will get that badge soon if you fulfill the requirements.

I'm a top rated seller. I get the Fiverrs Choice badge sometimes. Sometimes, someone else gets it for a while. But no matter if you get it or not, you should treat every order as if it were a Fiverrs Choice order, because the buyer chose you, and you're supposed to impress them.

Can you please share the source where you got this information? I would be curious to see where did fiverr say that you need to fulfil  those billet points to get a fiverr choice badge

Fiverr’s Choice is a badge Fiverr gives to a seller's gig, indicating excellent buyer satisfaction and services. It's awarded to specific gigs, not to sellers as a whole. 

The process of awarding it is automatic, based on your performance and the feedback given by previous buyers. 

It can come and go, so it won’t always be there, and it’s not a seller level/status (like level 1, level 2, and Top Rated Seller) - it’s simply a way for Fiverr to tell the buyer that “hey, many buyers thought this was a great value!"

As per your Fiverr profile, you are fluent in English. You are clearly not fluent. It is against Fiverr's community guidelines to "write misleading content in your profile description, skills section, professional background, and/or education."

No, the 90 days is wrong. It can disappear very fast (within 1 day) or, if your gig is very good (and sells well) you can keep it for months. 

I have always a minimum of 1 gig with this badge. Some of my gigs have it for months.
