You can make video calls to any buyers after they place and order - If your gig related to specific category/subcategory!

Communication as an essential part of the order process

With Video Calls, sellers can always speak directly with buyers. This helps to ensure that sellers are aligned with buyers' needs. Being on the same page with buyers goes a long way in terms of successful order and delivery.

Notes:

• Video calls are powered by Zoom.
• At this stage, only sellers can initiate video calls under specific terms (as specified below). 
• We aim to keep the marketplace a secure and protected environment for both our sellers and our buyers. Therefore, all calls will be recorded and saved in Fiverr’s system to be periodically reviewed.

Video Call availability

1. Sellers with Fiverr Business and VID buyers can initiate a video call, before or after placing an order, from the inbox or Order page.
2. PRO sellers can initiate a video call after placing an order from the Order page only. 
3. All other sellers, with a Gig in one of the sub-categories below, can initiate a video call after placing an order from the Order page only:

To use video calls:

1. Within an order or from an inbox conversation, using the message box, click the video icon.
2. The message box contains the predefined text and a generated link for both seller and buyer to click and join the video call.
3. Sellers have the option to edit the text and customize it to your needs.
   Note: Make sure not to edit the generated link.
4. We highly recommend contacting the buyer before creating a new meeting to make sure that they are available to video call. Consider the differences in time zones as well.
5. When both the seller and buyer are ready to start the call, simply click on the generated link.

Note: Both sellers and buyers can choose to share the generated link external to Fiverr's platform.
