Order Completion Stuck on 97%

As it's 97% then I would say 3% order stilled counted as canceled.

Don't worry about it if it goes away within 60 days (if you deliver all orders on time, that is). If it's still stuck after 60 days, and you know that you've delivered 100% of orders on time, you should get in touch with support.
