Problem to create a service

Hello,

I am new on Fiverr. I am in the process of becoming a provider on the site. I apologize for my English, I am French and I am not very good...lol

So here is my problem: When I created my account, I validated my e-mail and my phone number. Then, I completed my profile. So I wanted to create a service, to sell. At the end of the process, they tell me that I have to confirm my phone number (see picture). I click on "add number", I put my number, and it gives me the following message:  "Something went wrong, check your number and try again"

However, my phone number is already confirmed, and I'm sure it's the right number, I removed the "0" at the beginning (I live in France, the zero does not count)

What I don't understand is that I managed to validate my number in my settings, and now they ask me again, and tell me that there is an error. I am totally blocked...

I obviously contacted the support...No answer. Thanks to those who could help me
