At the end of every order Fiverr asks the customer if they want to tip you. If they do, they pay again. You will receive the money just like any other order revenue.

Tips are 100% voluntary. You don't take them, they are given -- if the buyer chooses to thank you in such a way. They are not required to leave you a tip, nor can you ask for any. Don't worry about tips. Be a great seller, and let the buyer thank you, if they so choose.
