Unable to verify from SMS

Hey there! I need help with verifying through SMS.

As you can see from the screenshot the "Verify by SMS" is grey and i'm unable to click it, Is it because im trying to edit an pay Method or something else? I'm pretty sure i used to be able to do it normally before. I am not comfortable calling so if anyone could answer this.
