connorbrereton Posted June 12, 2014 Share Posted June 12, 2014 I had paid a $30 service fee for a package design only for the person to cancel my order 6 HOURS BEFORE MY DEADLINE!!! 😦I was refunded $30 to my account.I just purchased a $40 service and it DID NOT take $30 out of my account. I do not want my bank to be charged $40 but $10 because I already had a $30 credit. Can anyone help me out with getting the money back to my bank? mark74 Posted June 12, 2014 Share Posted June 12, 2014 As @kjblynx said, you cannot have your money back into your account.If you take a look at Fiverr TOS, you can read:"If you have funds in your account balance, it will be automatically applied to your next purchase, but only in the event that your balance covers the entire purchase amount."So to buy a $40 gig you cannot use your $30 credit, sorry.More: being only a buyer, you cannot get your money back into your bank: only sellers are allowed to perform this action after their first sale.
