What “process” did you try? 
 

Keywords by itself wouldn’t rank your gigs. They are created to connect you to the right customers but they don’t affect your ranking at all. 
No one here will be able to tell you how exactly to do that because fiverr doesn’t disclose how their algorithm works. The only thing they shared that ranking is based on your performance.

I have use this process "Low Competitor Keywords" and and create new gig try to rank on Fiverr gig SERP.
Your thinking is better but There are some things to keep in mind when choosing a Fiverr gig?

So that's one thing to take into account.  But it might depend how you've written the keywords into the title, description, search tags or maybe other places in the gig too.

It might take other stats into account (eg. if you cancel orders or have late deliveries that could lower its position for many users). Maybe other stats could be taken into account (eg. response times/response rate). Maybe the conversion rate (inbox messages to orders) could be taken into account, as well as public and private ratings.
