Withdrawal - You don't have enough gains for withdrawal

When I try to click on my fiverr revenue card, it says "You don’t have enough gains for withdrawal"



What does this mean??

I have finished my first gig on fiverr and I am not abe to withdraw money, it is showing the message “you don’t have enough gains for withdrawal”. What is enough, I have 160 USD available, please help me with it.
