creating new account

Hi, I was restricted last week for my violation and its my third warning so I'm planning to deactivate my account and make a new account on the same pc I'm used before. is it possible.. ?? can I make a new account on same pc after I deactivate the previous restricted account..!

I'm pretty sure it's against TOS. You should read them since you got 3 warnings.

Set up new windows then it will be 100% safe. And in future, don't use the same ip, or email address or payment method
