Not getting sells for a long time

Hi,

My account has a best-selling gig. Having recently sold my best gig, it's been 11 days since I did so. I have 284 reviews and a score of 4.9 for my best-selling gig. What can I do to get back on track? I would appreciate any positive suggestions you have.
