As you can see there are 200k impression but i still not able to convert it to sales please help

Is it possible that you are linking/advertising this gig all over the internet (like fb groups and so on?) From what I've seen in many of them, there aren't many people looking for anything to buy (they are all sellers) so it's quite possible that they wouldn't be interested in others' gigs! If you don't advertise then... well, I did spot a couple typos in your profile to start with (didn't read everything), that could be a turn-off maybe.

Unfortunately I can't - I'd definitely run it through grammarly or something like that (I'm not an editor and can't be 100% sure I'd be able to do it - but if I WERE an editor, it'd be a job for me as well.) That is somewhat worrying though if you don't advertise anywhere (but maybe the algorithm loves it which is good, to be fair)

Two quick ones:

1) Your thumbnails are too busy. You get three gig graphics. Spread the info out a bit and make the first thumbnail more simple and impactful. It's the worm on the end of your hook - it only needs to get the attention of your fish. The next two images can be the hook and line that reel them in.

2) Invest in a gig video. You can get a lot more info in a video than you can in an image. Loads of impressions, fair amount of clicks and no conversions? Perfect time to get a video and try to talk people into hiring YOU. If they're clicking on your gig they WANT to be talked into hiring you. Give them some good excuses to do it.
