There is no fixed timing to get the first order. If you have a proper GIG, with professional Images with SEO, If your Gig has the proper description, It might take less than 24 hours to get the first order. Send buyer requests, and try to stay active. All the best.

There is no any exact period of time to get first order because I can get first order within 2/3 days or 2/3 months
