Can I login my Fiverr account on Laptop and Fiverr android App two devices at a same time?

Yes. You can use Fiverr from several devices, so using it from the app on your phone and your laptop is absolutely OK. What you can't do is to have more than one account on Fiverr, but using your account on more than one device is no problem.

Yes you can do this.

Yes, you can use your single account from multiple devices.  But you can't use multiple account from Your devices. If you use multiple account form your devices then your accounts will be banned by the fiverr for violation of fiverr TOS.

Yes you can absolutely do that but while on the PC but avoid extensions like auto refresh tab, because Fiverr might ban or permanently block your account
