Urgent help! My buyer is not responding deadline isin 2hrs and throughout the order she didn’t responded what should I do?

Relax. Take a deep breath. You're going to be ok!

Here's what you need to do: 

  • Try one last time to contact your buyer via message. Ask in a friendly but firm manner to provide the information needed. Remember, many countries have had a public holiday (some still do), so be understanding about this. 
  • If you don't get a response before the order goes "LATE", visit the Resolution Center, and ask for more time there. Your buyer will have a few days to respond to the request. Add as much time as you need in your request, plus a bit more (a day or so more than you need) to give yourself time to provide quality work. 
  • If you don't hear back from the buyer within a few days, contact customer support and ask them for further assistance with the order.
