How to edit review as a seller?

Hi there. I had two buyers complete orders around the same time and I accidentally mismatched the responding reviews. Can I edit/delete my review? I can't see any button or option too. I've already contacted customer support.

You can't change a review. Customer support might be able to help you, but I doubt it. They used to be helpful with this sort of thing, but these days, any request to change a review is interpreted as review manipulation, from what I've heard other say on this forum.
