Gig stuck in draft pending video review

When I uploaded my video it said it might take up to 24 hours to process.  It's been almost 48 hours and it's still sitting there processing.  How long should it take?

I have created two help requests, and they've both been closed without any follow-up.

We can't tell you what's going on, because we are not customer support. There might be a backlog of videos they have to evaluate. 

There's also a public holiday in Israel, where Fiverr is based. It's the Jewish new year celebration from the 6th - 8th of september. That  means longer support wait times and probably delays in stuff like this. 

That's the most probable explanation for the long wait.

Perhaps delete the video and try re-uploading it 🙂

Has this been resolved? I have the same issue.
