Would be nice if there is a note field along with chat box visible only to me

Sometimes some clients discussed project and get back again after long time ! In the mean time I forgot totally what were we discussed. So this would be nice if there is a note field visible to own only to keep a note/summery about that client what were we discussed. What do you think guys ?
