Order cancellation rate after cancelling through Fiverr Customer Support

Hi,

A buyer placed an order on my gig without providing me any requirements. I asked him many times to provide me his requirements but he didn't. finally, I contacted customer support then they canceled the order with the words that It'd not affect my order cancellation rate.

Kindly check the image attached, Did it really not affect my order completion rate as I am seeing the cancellation rate is 50% ?

That is correct. I had a similar situation, where the cancellation did not effect my completion rate even though it showed that it did on the gig analytics.

In your Fiverr profile dashboard you will see order completion rate . As far as I know everything should be fine . Your rate shouldn't be decrease
