Order cancellation rate

Hi,

A buyer placed an order on my gig without providing me any requirements. I asked him many times to provide me his requirements but he didn't. finally, I contacted customer support then they canceled the order with the words that It'd not affect my order cancellation rate.

Kindly check the image attached, Did it really not affect my order completion rate as I am seeing the cancellation rate is 50% ?

I contact to cancel the order and they cancelled it. I didn't contact further.

It won't affect your stats (check order completion percentage under analytics section) but cancellation will still appear under gig's tab so nothing to worry about it 🙂
