Of course, you have to be active on Fiverr all the time, send buyer requests with attractive words, and of course, you have to send 10 buyer requests every day, if you can send buyer requests correctly for 1 month, then you can get your desired first order and at the same time Be optimistic, you will succeed in the marketplace.

Welcome to fiverr & fiverr forum. At first try to make professional, unique & eye-catching gig. you know there are already lot of experienced sellers. so honestly you need to be patient. there are not short-cut for gig rank. you need to provide quality work with maintain good order competition, quick response rate, avoid as much as can avoid order cancelation. you can share you gig on social media platform. try to connect your targeted buyer in social media by joining group. like you are graphic designer you can join graphic designer groups. you can be found few buyers from there. because i think to get first order always though. so be patient go get your first order 🙂

Good advice. However, if you are going to send buyer requests. Don't use the same generic post to everyone you contact. MAKE IT PERSONAL. Actually describe how you will help the seller.. not just what you do.
