My diet, the situation updated

Ok, since many of you probably are curious. In the last days I tried a normal diet, I mean eating at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

And it's not working. Seems my metabolism adapted to the fast, so I presume I'm obliged to do it again.

So from tomorrow I start it again and for the entire september month.

I still want to send you comparative photos "before and after" 😄 so the story doesn't finish here... I'll keep you updated 🙂 have a nice morning!
