unable to access my support requests nor write new ones

Hello, i cant happen write new tickets or look at my old ones, when ever i click https://www.fiverr.com/zendesk/requests, i am redirected to the support home page https://www.fiverr.com/support/seller

and in the URL there is something strange https://www.fiverr.com/support/seller?email=&external_id=&kind=error&message=Cannot+sign+in+suspended+user+%23400269778593 
I dont know whats wrong, its been a month
