Hi there,

hopefully you all are having a wonderful day. In August 25 , 2021 I have received a order from a client, for 2 logo + additional 2 business card services. I have made these businesses card and logos as he has instructed but he is not providing me enough feedback to complete the project. It's been 6 days I have trying to get a response from him but no progress . Although he accepted my time extension request twice in the meantime yet didn't provide any feedback !

I know I am a new seller on fiverr also lots to learn , I really not good at handling such situations . Requesting help from you guys. Please give me best suggestions according this situation. Order deadline is about to close tomorrow.

If I were in your situation, I would consider messaging the buyer one final time with this statement:

I'm grateful for your interest in my service. However, I cannot complete the work without your feedback. I understand that you, as a Buyer, might not have a time limit, but Fiverr has very strict measures and requirements in place for sellers. As such, unless you respond within the next 24 hours, I will be canceling the order. As a reminder, per the Fiverr Terms of Service, quote: "All transfer and assignment of intellectual property to the Buyer shall be subject to full payment for the Gig, and the delivery may not be used if payment is cancelled for any reason." I would enjoy continuing to work with you, but it would need to be 'with'.

Granted, I don't know your previous communication with this buyer, or your own work process, or your or the Buyer's standards. The above might be the completely wrong approach for you with this particular buyer. I glanced at your gig, and I'm not surprised you might have attracted a poor buyer.
