3 technical issue

1.about a week ago, I had some of my gig's photo that show "blank" photo, this problem was resolved by reuploading the photos

2.When I tried to deliver PSD file and JPG file, only the JPG file was sent

3.My first tab when I use the search option show me the High Rating and when I use my other computer it's show me Recommended

someone else had one of those problems, or I am the only one?
