Your Gig requires modification - General TOS violation What is the reason?

I'm new here. My gig got denied instantly. My title was "Translate your text, book page, homework and other things", and there was two country flags side by side as an image.

What could be the reason?

"homework". You're not allowed to help/sell services involving anything that has to do with academia/education/schoolwork and so on on Fiverr. 

You accepted to follow the Terms of Service when you signed up. So you should read them, get to know them, and understand what applies to you as a seller.
